Award-winning author and Asian food expert Corinne Trang brings her skills to bluecashew Kitchen Homestead starting May 20th…

Break out the ginger, green onions, and garlic and learn to combine them into culinary magic in your own home. Don’t worry; bluecashew Kitchen Homestead and Trang will show you the way. The four-week seminar will take place on consecutive Sundays 1pm-4pm through June 10th and explore the four major regional cuisines for China.

Participants will be making beggar’s chicken wrapped in lotus leaf, lion’s head (meatballs), yangchow fried rice, Cantonese steamed whole fish, Hainan steamed chicken with scallion-ginger salt dip, clay pot rice with Chinese sausage, 5-spice braised lamb, scallion pancakes, and so much more.

The series is limited to 10 students per session and costs $115.00 per participant per session. Really, though, you should spring for the whole class and get the discount of $105 per student per session. The seminar will take place at bluecashew, 37b North Front Street, Kingston.

Corinne Trang is the author of several books including her 2017 release “Switch It Up: A Fresh Take on Quick and Easy Diabetes-Friendly Recipes for a Balanced Life”.
