Christmas Bonus: Tiny House in Pine Bush, $89,900
Upstater Staff | December 23, 2016
Happy Holiday Weekend, everyone! We wanted to leave you with one more gift before sliding into the madness of it all, so here’s a tiny house, originally built in 1700s, in Orange County.
The quirky little abode is just shy of 1000 square feet but still manages to squeeze in an eat-in kitchen with tile floors and wood stove, two bedrooms on the second floor, and a living room with fireplace.
Sits on a lot size nearly a half-acre in size, which is large enough to keep donkeys and chickens, apparently. It’s definitely large enough for a couple of garden beds, and it looks like there’s at least one included.
The property’s setting is rural, out in western Orange County near the Sullivan County border, and about 30 minutes from Newburgh.
