The Block Party Returns!
8-Day Week | July 24, 2014Last year’s Block Party was so much fun, Chronogram is doing it all over again on August 16. The festivities begin at 4pm with an opening procession down Wall Street in uptown Kingston and will go into the wee small hours with a dance party at BSP Kingston. If you didn’t go last year, you missed out on all kinds of fun, food, music, and dunking tank action. So put it on your calendar for this year. Enjoy tasty treats from area food trucks, make your own art at Catskill Art Supply’s DIY art tent, dunk someone in the tank while contributing to Angel Food East, and from 6pm-9pm, sample local spirits during the distillery tasting (only 300 tickets available at $10 for the tasting, so get them while they’re hot), and a whole bunch more. Here’s the complete schedule. See you August 16 on the block.
