Red Hook Literary Festival
8-Day Week | April 10, 2014Just in case last weekend’s Woodstock Writers Festival wasn’t enough wordsmithy goodness for you, you can indulge your love of books once again this weekend at the Red Hook Literary Festival. The opening reception kicks things off Friday, April 11 at 5:30pm, followed by a 7:15 discussion of the book Housekeeping by Marilynne Robinson. The festival continues through the weekend with talks and workshops on children’s books, the business of writing, non-fiction, YA, and more. The event ends on Sunday, April 13 with Stories on Stage: Hudson Valley Actors Read Short Stories by Local Authors at the Red Hook Middle School. Every is free and open to the public. So go!
