What’s a Breezehouse, you ask? It’s a high-modern, pre-fab, luxury-ish house that is part of a development of 12 vacation homes in Copake. Their lots range from 6.8 to 24 acres. The tour is on Saturday and Sunday, from 11AM to 4PM,  at 23 Peartree Lane, Copake, NY. Apparently there will be snacks, too.
