Five-Figure Friday: Jeffersonville Cottage, $69,900

There are lots of five-figure properties in Jeffersonville, making it tough to choose which one to look at this week. Ultimately, however, we went with this sweet cottage on 2 acres, walking distance from the village. Listing calls it in “As-Is”, but quite frankly, we don’t see much wrong with it, so As-Is looks fine with us. Comes with an enclosed porch and a stream on the property, as well as a detached garage. We should’ve called this edition “For Less Than Your Monthly Car Payment, You Can Get…”
