We’ve got to hand to the owners of this cottage in a cooperative community in Putnam Valley: They were not afraid of using a variety of colors on the interior walls. We’ve got something resembling pumpkin pie in the living room, burnt orange in the kitchen, turquoise in bedroom 1, and purple in bedroom 2. That’s just to name a few. Regardless, it’s neat and well-kept, located in a private community off Harrimac Road. The community includes a private pool, tennis courts, and a recreational area. Take note, the pool at the bottom of the next page after the jump is the co-op’s pool, and with most co-ops, there’s a co-op fee.
