Fleischmanns Arts and Crafts, $169,000
Kandy Harris | March 12, 2013
This could definitely be a car-free property, as the bus station is only a half-mile away. Plus, it’s close to lots in town, including Skene public library (which is also a very cool building), a supermarket, a bank, and the public pool. And it’s a great looking craftsman, to boot, although we often wonder when we see kitchens with little storage how people pull that off. Maybe we have too much stuff? Anyway, we love the distinctive woodwork you find in a craftsman, as well as the enclosed porch. Tax rate isn’t bad, but the lot size is pretty small, just .16 of an acre.
