Friday Fancy: Amsterdam Armory, $1Mill

This amazing armory in Amsterdam (nearish Albany and Saratoga, a town that once was home to Edna St. Vincent Millay) was up on Old House Dreams this week. We, too, looked at it a while back, when it was $1.5 mill. What a price cut.

You philanthropists out there ought to snatch it up and make it a writers’/artists’ colony, give Yaddo a run for its money. And then have us up for a month to work on our next book. Okay?
