Friday Real Estate Porn: Orange Lake Contemporary in Newburgh, $849,000

  |  April 20, 2012

Orange Lake used to be a huge tourist destination at the beginning of the 1900’s. Although the trolley’s and fair grounds are gone, the lake is still beautiful. It was hard picking out just a few photos of this home. The home is only about 11 years old, but has the arts and crafts character of a home built 100 years ago. Every detail was thought of, and the views are the cherry on top. Even though the furnishings aren’t my cup of tea, they fit the home perfectly. Maybe they’ll add them to the sale?

By the way, this is in the Town of Newburgh, not the City.

I’d die to have the sun coming through my bedroom window. Not like the dark box of an apartment I live in now. Sigh….
