Two Tiny Houses in Greenwood Lake

56 North Indian Trail, Greenwood Lake

This one clocks it an 777 square feet, a two-bed, one-bath stone cabin built in 1940 along Greenwood Lake in Orange County. There’s a very sweet town here, and the long, long lake, which folks adore. Taxes are around $3,300.

The inside looks sweet, with its renovated floors, although we’re missing good kitchen photos and we’re not in love with the bathroom. We’re thinking it’ll be pretty easy to make the inside match the sweetness of the exterior, though. And we dig the patio.

You’re looking at a sweet, old-fashioned summer lake getaway here at 71 Blueberry Hill in Greenwood Lake, one that qualifies for our five-figure Fridays at $89,000.

Lots of wood paneling, yes, and an avocado-colored fridge. You can make that work, right? One bed, one bath and 562 square feet. It’s been converted to year-round use and has Energy Star windows and blown-in insulation (good stuff if you’re interested in low energy bills and a warm house). It comes with private beach use.
