If there’s one thing we like more than stunning properties, it’s food. That’s where Hudson Valley Restaurant Week comes in. For the uninitiated, Restaurant Week features a ton of restaurants from all over the Valley offering special 3 course prix-fixe options for $20.95 for lunch and $29.95 for dinner (drinks, tax, and tip not included). For a full list of participating restaurants, mosey on over to their website. Lots of familiar faces on the roster, but one newby of note is Pangea, the “plant-forward” pop-up CIA restaurant we posted about in February. Pangea is just one a bazillion (that’s right, A BAZILLION) restaurants in Dutchess County doing the Restaurant Week thing, so while there’s plenty of options for everyone, reservations are strongly recommended if you’re planning on taking advantage of it all. Restaurant Weeks wraps up March 22. By then, spring will be two whole days old! Cue the daffodils…
