And you can get a Chronogram deal to whet your maple whistle: $10 for a tour and tasting at Madava Farms in Dutchess County. You’ll get “A tour for two of Crown Maple’s state-of-the art sustainable process, culminating in a guided five-stage tasting in Madava’s newly designed Tap-Holed Maple Tasting Room. Also, be sure to experience their many walking trails, Chef’s garden, and orchard — or grab lunch at the farm-to-table cafe.”
