One of our favorite things to do is attend farm-to-table dinners, often outdoors, on the farm yet somehow blessedly free of the smell of manure. This Saturday, you can attend one too: a four-course dinner featuring the “bounty of our farms and food producers prepared by Early Bird Cookery at Hill’s Country Inn.” After the jump, you’ll find the full menu (including coffee-encrusted pork shoulder). It’s $65 per person, and proceeds help Sullivan County Farmers’ Markets — if you’ve been to Sullivan Co, you know just how important those farmers markets are.
