Here’s a question from a reader: “What do other readers with children do with their toddlers and under 5’s up here?” By here she means Phoenicia, a lovely town in a beautiful spot, but not so densely populated with kid-friendly activities other than hiking and, when the kids are older, some tubing on the Esopus. Specifically, she’s looking for places where her kids might convene with other children, the upstate version of a kindercafe. Any suggestions for her?
