Rental of the Week: Red Hook Second Empire Victorian, $2000/month
Kandy Harris | January 29, 2013It’s tempting to look at a place like this and play the “What Will $2000/month Get You In Such-n-Such Neighborhood in NYC?” game. But let’s not do that. Let’s just appreciate this fine example of Second Empire Victorian architecture located in one of our favorite towns in Dutchess County, Red Hook, for on its own merits. And there are several: Over 3300 square feet, 4 beds/2 baths, nearly 4 acre lot size in the country, detached garage/work space. The kitchen’s not stunning, but it’s roomy. Close to Red Hook, Rhinebeck, and Tivoli. When can we move in?
