Solve the Mystery of the $69,900 Livingston Manor Victorian
Kandy Harris | April 10, 2015
This is not 16 Church Street’s first trip to the Upstater rodeo. We posted about it two years and nearly 100,000 dollars ago, and ever since then, we’ve been watching it bounce around the market, decreasing in price, until we finally decided to post about it again. It seems nice inside, particularly the floors. Love the stained glass windows. The kitchen, as we recall, was kind of on the lackluster side, but the price is good. The location is in the village of Livingston Manor, one of those Catskill towns that’s been getting some notice for a few years now. So, what is it with this house? Why haven’t you bought it yet? We understand, of course, that there are a myriad, complicated reasons for real estate market long-timers. Care to take a crack at this house of mystery?
