Stay Close to the Action (and lower taxes) in this midtown Kingston Foursquare, $150,000
Kandy Harris | October 8, 2015There are few things to recommend this three bedroom, 1300 square foot house. First off, it reminds us of the Sears Roebuck kit homes that were sold in the early 1900s. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if it was one, since it was built in 1927, right in the middle of the kit home’s heyday. And that’s another thing we like about this home: Its Craftsman interior with wood details like paneling, columns, and a handsome staircase. And finally, the taxes are around $4000/year, which is pretty cheap for Kingston. All in all, looks like a square deal to us.
