Stop Everything: This Charming High Falls Church is $99,000
Kandy Harris | May 8, 2015We’re no prognosticators, but we have a feeling this adorable chapel will not be on the market for long. The price is good, the location great (High Falls is lovely), and it’s a church. A church that looks like this. Just look at those beautiful stained glass windows, which alone are worth the listing price. Of course, we’re imaging a private residence, but the windows are staying. The pews, however, would have to go. Anybody need a lot of pews? According to the cornerstone, the chapel was built in 1903, and it’s located walking distance from High Falls hamlet in Ulster County. Half-acre lot size, sits at the end of a dead-end lane, close to Rosendale, New Paltz, and Stone Ridge.
