Yum. That pretty much sums it up. Callicoon Center will be the site of this year’s celebration of this delicious spring treat, happening this weekend, May 4 and 5. Activities include a ramp-identifying walk, an “ode to the ramp” art contest, samples of ramp-filled recipes, and a ramp recipe contest, among others.
