It’s been quite sometime since we found ourselves drooling over the concept of joinery, and yet, here we are. The master carpenter who built this house, which is located in the private neighborhood of Pyn Ayres, is the one currently occupying it, and there’s so much about this house that works for us: The craftsman-like dark wood interior with 250 year old oak trim (so says the listing), the doors, the staircase, the master bath.
