Today on Brownstoner: Converted Barns in Upstate New York
Upstater | February 17, 2012
Today’s Upstater on Brownstoner column covers converted barns for sale in upstate New York, and, man, what a bounty. This one, at 204 William Brown Road in Hankins, is so spectacular that we wanted to give it it’s own due over here. It’s clearly a hand-made house, remodeled with love, and a spectacular space. 2,500 square feet, $449,000. It’s on 15 acres with a pond, a stream and — get this — a tree house. Truly a special place, we think.
