Warwick Village Victorian, $315,000

  |  April 16, 2012

This cute gingerbread house Victorian is located in a neighborhood in the village of Warwick full of other cute, gingerbread Victorians. In fact, if you want to see some good eye-candy, check out the GMAP for this address and cruise around the neighborhood with your left and right arrows. We saw stuff like this:

Cool, huh? Isn’t it fun to live in Future Times, when you can cruise down the street and gawk at stuff using Google? Sort of creepy, too. But you take the good you take the bad.

But enough rubber-necking. Back to the Victorian, which has some cool features, like stamped tin ceilings and ornate fireplaces.

Also has a nice wrap-around porch and 2-story balcony. Walk north and you’re in the village. Walk south and you’re country club territory. Walk east and you’re in two parks, Stanley Deming Park and Veterans Memorial Park, which is great, because the lot size is tiny. This little cafe is within walking distance, too.

Oh, and one other thing: This property is also listed in our Upstater Real Estate section. Here’s the listing. Check out the section and have a browse around.
