Warwickian Dutch Revival, $999,000
Mary Looram | August 19, 2015Admittedly, this choice in potential B+B property arose out of my own crush on the Village of Warwick. As a nearby resident, I also feel some resolve in highlighting the properties Orange County has to offer. Out of all the cutesy and charming places to see in Warwick, this Dutch revival is impressive not only for its place on the National Historic Registry, but also for its convenient location and relative privacy. With 7 beds and 4 baths, it’s nestled comfortably on 2.8 acres. The living room is two stories with a library (!) and balcony (!). Features aside, I can’t stress enough how nice of a place Warwick would be to call home. It’s near to not only NYC, but also state parks and the rest that the Hudson Valley has to offer. Consider it your gateway-village.
