This Week on Upstater: Big Yards, Beautiful Homes in the Hudson Valley & Catskills
Kandy Harris | July 31, 2017Sometimes we reach a certain point in adulthood where we’re no longer content with simply having a roof over our heads. Things change, needs change, and eventually, you might feel the need to expand your empire outward—to a big ol’ yard. Whether your plans for extra acreage are topless sunbathing, a badminton league, or a mini park for exercising toddlers and four-legged friends, a lotta lawn is always nice.
Here at Upstater (and the Hudson Valley/Catskills in general), we love our yards. We can’t wait to sit out there on a Saturday afternoon, sipping something cool and watching the flowers sway in the breeze…flowers we planted ourselves, of course.
Luckily, in the wide open spaces of the Hudson Valley and Catskills, there are plenty of properties that come with yards. Whether you’re in the market for aces of land or a postage just big enough to host a flower garden and an outdoor grill, you’ll find it among the residential real estate listings.
This week on Upstater, we’ll be combing the real estate listings in search of beautiful homes with equally beautiful yards to go with them. Stay tuned…
