More Beacon-y Goodness for $329,000
Kandy Harris | June 18, 2014We managed to luck out and find two big yards in Beacon today (check out our earlier post for the first one), this one located on School Street less than a mile away from the Metro North Station in one direction and Main Street in the other. Like our earlier post, this 1920s Craftsman-style Colonial is on a corner lot with plenty enough yard, but not a whole lotta privacy (you can’t win them all). Added bonuses: A detached garage/carriage house (love the look of it), and a walk-up attic. Looks like some floors need a little shine and polish, but otherwise, the interior is attractive. Funny thing about Beacon, we kind of expected the taxes to be higher. They’re not cheap, but we’ve seen worse in Dutchess County.
Beds: 3
