This Week on Upstater: Celebrate Spring with Renovated and Updated Homes in the Hudson Valley
Staff | May 22, 2017With spring in the air, we here at Upstater have been embracing all things new and fresh. That means we’ve been digging through the residential real estate listings of the Hudson Valley and Catskills for renovated and updated homes on the market.
As evidenced by the home depicted above, which is located in Columbia County east-of-Hudson, homebuyers won’t necessarily need to sacrifice their budget for a renovated or updated property. Heading northwest to the Catskills or the northern Hudson Valley will yield plenty of listings in the less-than-$350K range. As usual, expect pricier offerings south of Dutchess County (east) and Orange County (west).
So, stick with us all week long as we take a closer look at the best updated vintage homes, homes with updated kitchens/baths/living rooms, exterior facelifts, and oh, so much more. In the mood for some refreshment? Stay tuned this week on Upstater…
