There’s a lotta big furniture here—we’d pare down some stuff to make the most of this space.

The first-floor bath has Greek tiling in the oversized, walk-in shower. Woven-look tile covers the floor, and a wall-mounted sink with chrome legs offers a retro feel. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, a den, and another full bath.

The detached, two-car garage is handy.

The house sits at the apex of a horseshoe-shaped driveway. There’s an acre and a third on which to play, too. Downtown Rosendale is about a mile and a half away—try the Creekside Bar & Bistro for drinks and a bite.
