The modern full bath is an explosion of tile in various forms, all coming together in pretty, gray tones. The oversized shower is enclosed in glass.

Upstairs, the bedroom floats beneath the rafters. Built-in drawers and cupboards are a brilliant idea behind the bed.

And oh, that view…

A big deck takes in all of it. Sliding glass doors from the great room provide access.

Solar panels supplement the electric service to the house. The 735-square-foot home sits on a third of an acre, just southeast of Woodstock.
