But a closer look reveals there is no homeowner’s association linked to this single-family home, so we’re tagging it as a lucky find. The exterior is clean and pretty, with an attached, one-car garage to boot.

The interior was equally surprising. According to your taste, the kitchen could be dated or move-in. Either way, the U-shaped layout is supremely functional.

The bedrooms are equally functional, and clean, too.

*Gasp* The purist in us appreciates the tilework and the vintage tub in this bathroom, which has been nicely maintained. And great job installing the shower head above that tiling!

And the bedrooms have closets—a plus when looking at older homes.
