This affordable house in Delaware County has some shiny new updates on display…

We’ve been featuring our favorite renovated properties on Upstater this week (check out this one, this one, and this one). And, while renovated properties in the five-figure category aren’t exactly growing on trees, it is possible to find one that has some updates. Like refinished original wood floors, for example.

Sitting on a half-acre lot walking-distance from the Delaware River, this older home includes five bedrooms, a single full bath, and 1,760 square feet. All of the original hardwood floors have been refinished, and new laminate floors and carpeting have also been installed.

We’re looking at this house as a live-in remodeling project.
