Affordable and ideal as a starter home or home away from home. A quaint cottage sitting in Bainbridge, a brief trip away from the village and surrounded by Western New York’s mountainous, woodland glory. The listing gives a limited view of the interior, but they were wise to show off the stone fire place. We were particularly charmed by the wood kitchen cabinets and counters, coupled with the touch of brick. Space enough in the backyard and a stone wall in the front make for an endearing half acre. You might want a hunting rifle to take out the carpet though.
Edit: The house has a pending sale, keep your eyes peeled.
