Beacon Village Victorian (Six Months Later), $530,000
Kandy Harris | March 6, 2014Deep is our love for Beacon, but their real estate market just isn’t impressive and hasn’t been for quite some time. We do, however, like this painted lady less than a half-mile from the train station. In fact, we like it so much, we’re featuring it again. When first we looked at it about six months ago, the price was $549,000. It’s dropped a bit since then, but we’re wondering if the price plus the fact that it seems to need some exterior sprucing is keeping the offers from rolling in. Because it’s quite beautiful. If we were looking to live in Beacon (a great place) and had a healthy home buying budget, we’d be giving this one a look or three. Sadly, the photos are few and not that good.
