We admittedly don’t know as much about the Putnam County village of Brewster as we do other places in the county, but we do know that this sweet Victorian is about a 9 minute walk from the Brewster Metro North Station. We also know that it has a smaller-than-normal sized lot, even for a residential area, but that it’s convenient to stuff in the village, like the elementary school and what looks like a wee park directly across the street (we’re going strictly by GMAP sleuthing here). The local IGA is about a half-mile away. Comes with a detached garage. Any of our readers care to give us the scoop on Brewster?
