Looks like a bargain to us. For $65/square foot, you get 2450 square feet of space, four bedrooms, an idyllic half-acre of land, and a whole lotta adorableness. Situated at the base of Belleayre Mountain, this 1920s farmhouse is less than two miles from the village of Fleischmanns and the Trailways bus station on Main Street. Now, we realize that anything over a mile makes our pick more of a seasonal Car-Free offering, but seasonal is still pretty good. And for a house this cute and nicely priced, we’re willing to stretch it.
