Whilst poking around towns on the Metro-North line, we discovered some interesting, cute cheapies in the Port Jervis area. We haven’t been there to lay eyes on the town yet, but we’re intrigued enough to put it on our short list. Do any of our readers live there? Care to give us the skinny?
Meanwhile, here’s a cute Victorian to chew on, just across the Delaware River from Pennsylvania. It’s not huge, just over 1200 square feet, but we love the wood floors, the wee garden, the French doors, and the front porch. Located about 1.5 miles from the Port Jervis Metro North (don’t worry; you can cab it), it’s convenient to a pizza joint and two city parks.
