Bocce Ball in Beacon
8-Day Week | June 19, 2014One more Beacon event before we bid adieu to the Dutchess County city by the river. Chronogram Magazine will be hosting Full Moon Bocce at Beacon’s Riverfront Park on July 12. Play begins a 7pm and will continue under the light of the silvery moon. How romantic! There are three ways to enjoy your bocce experience. You can pay $20 to hang out and play bocce in the open courts. Or, you can pay $40 and try signature bites from some Beacon’s best restaurants, plus a wine tasting and unlimited bocce play all night. But our suggestion is to go full-out and get the VIP package, which is the better value, in our opinion. For $75, you get unlimited food and beer/wine, wine tasting, distillery tasting, free swag bag, and unlimited bocce play. Comestibles for VIP provided by Angelina’s in Cold Spring. Tickets available here. Don’t know how to play bocce? Thank heaven for YouTube tutorials.
