Saugerties Artists Studio Tour
8-Day Week | July 31, 2014Every year, the Saugerties arts community throws open the doors of their homes and studios (often combined) to give visitors an inside peek at their creative processes during the Artist Studio Tour. It’s a fun tour for those who are art lovers, yes, but house aficionados and design buffs, as well, might find some enjoyment in poking around a creative person’s home or studio. The studio tour takes place next weekend, August 9 and 10, 10am-6pm both days, and the event is free (but by all means, please buy some art off of these talented and hard-working individuals). Opening reception is on August 8 at Opus 40 from 5pm-7pm and, yep, that’s free, too. Download a map here, or stop by one of the many pick-up locations, a list of which you will find on the same page as the map download. Meet the 34 participating artists and see samples of their work.
