This week, we’re looking at some our favorite listings from 2017 still on the market, including this Putnam County property.

Not much has changed since we last looked at it. Like last time, the Cold Spring Craftsman cottage includes two bedrooms, wood floors, living room stone fireplace with wood stove insert, and built-ins.

And, like last time, the property includes two parcels of land totaling nearly an acre of land just five minutes from the Cold Spring train station. That’s a lot of yard space with a creek that provides the back boundary, situated in an idyllic residential neighborhood.

There is, however, one change in this property since last time. It’s a big change, too, to the tune of an $80K reduction in the listing price. For an area like Cold Spring, this is quite a bargain.
