Colonial in Lagrangeville, $445,000
Kandy Harris | July 20, 2012
It’s not exactly what’s going on inside this house that we like, although it seems nice enough. We like the large kitchen (and that cool ivy-covered ladder/dish towel rack. Wonder if it stays with the house) and the cute bedrooms, but we we particularly like about this house is what’s on the outside. Specifically, the stream on the 2-acre property, the barn with the extra loft space/office, screened-in porch, garden, and the greenhouse. Expensive for the size ($200/square foot), but perhaps worth a look for all the extra goodies.
