Yesterday, we looked at a Delhi 950 square foot Delhi cottage that’s considerably less expensive than this 950 square foot cottage, but this one comes with over 25 acres of private land at the end of a town road accessible via bridge. The surroundings are impressive; we love the rolling hills in the distance, the pond, and the stream. The cottage itself is modest, yet the high ceilings and open floor plan make it seem roomy inside. Plus, it comes with an additional guest house/studio space. But ultimately, it’s all about the land for us. According to the listing, the pond on the property is stocked with lots of fish, for those who enjoy a bit of angling.
