Delightful (?) Delhi Farmhouse, $105,000 NOW $92,000!

[Editor’s Note: The price has just been lowered to $92,000. Just in time for Five-Figure Friday!]
We have a general rule about listings: If the pictures are terrible (or non-existent), we don’t post the listing, no matter how tempting the property may seem. Bad real estate photos are a pet peeve. We think most house-ophiles can relate. However, we’re making a rare exception for this cheapie-cheap farmhouse in Delhi, Delaware County. The interior is somewhat discernible based on the small, low-quality pictures that come with the listing, and it seems fine, so we’re intrigued. And tempted. Here’s the cool part: While the actual property size is only a hair over a half-acre, it abuts 50 acres of SUNY Delhi land. And, it’s just outside of Delhi village, which, as we’ve mentioned, is in the finalist in Budget Travel’s Coolest Small Towns in America 2015. We’ll let the bad pictures go. Just this once. But we’re only posting the decent pictures.
