Durham Colonial Fixer-Upper, $73,000
Upstater Staff | October 3, 2014If we were the renovating kind, we’d be looking twice at this Colonial out in Durham in rural Greene County north of Windham and west of Coxsackie. First of all, it’s cheap. Secondly, it’s on over 4 acres of land, so plenty of room for gardens or even a small farm (this is farm territory, after all, but the property does not seem to include outbuildings). The interior doesn’t look scary, but definitely seems to need a bit of updating and TLC. Still, all kinds of potential for beauty here. Durham is in western Greene County about 30 minutes from Catskill.
