At point in its existence, this house was a duplex. The public records for 62 Market Street still list it as such. It’s definitely a decent size for the price ($109/sq ft), with 5 bedrooms, a detached two-car garage with a loft in it, bay windows in the lots of rooms, and we really like the floors and the tin ceilings. We would do something about the wallpaper in the living room, and we’re not nuts about the bordering in the bedrooms. Small lot, less than a half-acre, located in a nice residential part of the village of Ellenville. It’s set back a little off the road, but it’s quite close to Route 209, which is a fairly well-traveled thoroughfare.
