Looks like a bargain to us! This 4bed/2bath, 2400 square foot house in the village of Ellenville is priced decently at $69/square foot. It’s awfully cute, although the kitchen needs updating, and we would love to see the wood-paneling go in one of the rooms, not to mention the blue carpeting, but the house itself is lovely. What we do like is the wrap-around porch and the living room area. Located within walking distance of Ellenville businesses, and it’s right around the corner from one of our favorite restaurants in the area: Aroma Thyme Bistro.
