Elusive Turn-Key Family Home in Woodbourne, $98,000
Kandy Harris | August 5, 2015Nothing wrong with this five-figure offering located near the hamlet of Woodbourne in Sullivan County. Could this be the rare unicorn of five-figure properties? The kind with everything intact and both an interior and exterior completely devoid of issues in need of fixing? Perhaps. While not huge, the 1080 sq. ft. two-story home certainly appears roomy enough in the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) and includes 3 beds/1 bath, wood floors, pellet stove, and a reasonable yard size (quarter acre). Our one quibble is with the wood paneling in the living room, which just doesn’t look as nice as the rest of the house. Maybe drywall right over the top of it?
964 Benton Hollow Road, Woodbourne (Berkshire Hathaway)
