End the Auction for this Cute Two-Bedroom Poughkeepsie Fixer-Upper with $96K
Staff | June 9, 2017This Poughkeepsie house appears to be on the auction block, but if you’ve got $96K in cash and are looking for something (with attractive wood floors!) that you can fix up, pull the trigger and end the auction now. More info on the listing.
Is it worth it? That’s not for us to decide. We did notice, however, that we love the flooring and seems to be in good shape throughout. There’s carpeting, too, but it’s shabby and no doubt hides more hardwood. Includes 1160 square feet, two bedrooms, and a detached two-car garage. The lot is over a quarter-acre in size situated just east of Poughkeepsie city center, set back a bit from Dutchess Turnpike and obscured with a couple of large trees. Do you see the potential?
