Event: Sheep to Shawl at McEnroe Organic Farm, Millerton, NY

This saturday is supposed to be sunny and 70! McEnroe Organic Farm is hosting its first annual Sheep to Shawl farm day!

We’ll be shearing sheep, spinning and knitting. There will also be a young lamb or two to pet and play with.

Farm tours of the full operation will be given at 1 pm and 3 pm. Pick up lunch at the market and picnic in the garden, and learn to knit!

10 am – 4 pm

Sheep Shearing at 12 pm & 2 pm
Fleece Spinning from 12-4 pm
Wool Crafts: Cleaning, Carding, Dyeing, Felting & Knitting

45 minute guided farm tours at 1 PM & 3 PM
