Explore This Cornwall Cottage: An ivy-covered lair.

Sometimes, a cottage comes along that is JUST.TOO.CUTE. This is one of them.

This Cornwall cottage is adorable. With a sub-$400K price tag, it seriously won’t stay on the market for long. Just check out that gambrel roof, the rambling ivy, the brick path…

The porch and stoop’s gray-and-white color scheme is so right-now.

Okay, so the sunroom needs some sprucing up. But we all need something to drag us away from our phones, don’t we?

The interior is on point, from the glowing hardwood flooring to the adorable paneled doors. Here, we see the foyer to the right and the dining area off the kitchen to the left.

We believe the dining area is under-utilized, but that’s just our opinion. A half-wall separates it from the proper kitchen.

All of that real estate on the dining-side of that wall could be utilized to create a magnificent kitchen expansion, in our opinion. But for now, the galley-style kitchen has lots of cabinets topped by solid-surface counters.

The living area adjacent to the kitchen has doors separating the spaces—could they be pocket doors? Anyway, the softly watered green walls are a complementary accent to the ruddy flooring and oversized windows.

Sunlight soaks this bedroom.

Adjacent to it is this bathroom, replete with a cute, square-penny-tile floor and a glass shower.

The second bedroom is just as adorable as the first.

In the full, unfinished basement, we’re unsure if that far wall has splats of insulation or, if we squint, a mural reminiscent of The Great Wave.

Plus, there’s an outdoor deck that needs a little bit of love.

The quarter-acre of property is just enough space for a lush patch of lawn. The Firthcliffe neighborhood of Cornwall is just over two miles from all kinds of nature exploration at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum—a sure bet to make kiddos fall utterly in love with Mother Nature. For die-hards, Black Rock Forest is under four miles from here.
