This farmhouse located about 3.5 miles north of Rosendale had us scratching our heads a bit over the price. It’s adorable, to be sure, and the property is a decent size: Over 4 acres. But the house isn’t huge or anything (1874 square feet), and while the interior is nice, it’s nothing mind-blowing or spectacular. Could it be the additional house on the property, which, according to the listing, is “substantial” and is outfitted with plumbing, heat, and electric, just awaiting transformation into a guest house, rental property, or home office? Perhaps. The city of Kingston is about 7 miles away.
